Data Deletion

1. How to request deletion
You can request account or personal data deletion by contacting support@reland.app. Please use the email address connected to your account where possible so we can verify the request.
If we cannot verify that you control the account or email address, we may ask for additional information or decline the request where needed to protect accounts and prevent unauthorized deletion.
2. What can usually be deleted
We can usually delete account profile data, saved favorites, optional report contact emails, viewed job history, preferences, and other personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
3. What may be retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for security, abuse prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business reasons.
We may also retain limited backup, security, audit, or abuse-prevention records for a limited time if deletion cannot be completed immediately from all systems.
4. Response time
We aim to respond within 30 days.
