1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Reland, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
You are responsible for making sure that your use of Reland is lawful in your location and consistent with any rules that apply to you.
2. What Reland is
Reland is an independent informational job discovery service. We display job information based on publicly available company career pages and help users find original employer job postings.
Reland is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, hiring platform, or official representative of any listed company unless we explicitly say otherwise.
3. Accounts and account security
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected authentication providers secure. You are also responsible for activity that happens through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.
You should contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without permission.
4. Job information and public sources
Job listings may be collected, normalized, categorized, summarized, or otherwise processed from public career pages. The original employer website is the authoritative source. You must verify all information on the original employer website before applying.
Reland does not guarantee job availability, accuracy, completeness, salary accuracy, relocation accuracy, visa or work permit accuracy, language requirement accuracy, employer responses, interviews, hiring outcomes, or continued availability of job postings.
Some public job pages may include application links, recruiter contacts, or other public contact details. Reland displays this information only to help users reach the original employer or source. We do not sell public job contacts or use them for mailing lists.
5. Third-party websites and applications
Applications happen on third-party websites. Reland is not responsible for third-party websites, employer actions, hiring decisions, job descriptions, salaries, relocation details, visa or work permit details, or posting changes.
6. Changes to listings and service
Reland may remove, archive, update, hide, reclassify, or modify job listings at any time. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where needed for operational, legal, or product reasons.
7. Acceptable use and anti-abuse rules
You may not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, abuse, attack, misuse, or interfere with Reland or its infrastructure. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, access restrictions, or operational safeguards.
You also may not:
- use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or scraping systems to collect job listings or other site content at scale;
- copy, republish, resell, or use Reland content to build a competing job board, job database, lead database, or similar service;
- create excessive load, probe security controls, or attempt to access non-public systems, data, or administrative areas;
- submit spam, malicious links, false reports, or content that infringes the rights of others.
We may rate limit, block, suspend, remove access, or delete accounts where we reasonably believe the service is being abused, attacked, scraped, used unlawfully, or used in a way that may harm Reland, users, sources, or third parties.
8. Reports, feedback, and user submissions
If you submit a job report, correction request, feedback, or similar information, you allow Reland to process and use that information as needed to review the issue, operate the service, improve listings, prevent abuse, and respond to your request.
You should not submit confidential information, trade secrets, sensitive personal data, or information you are not authorized to share.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Reland is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or available at any particular time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reland and its operators, team members, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, income, goodwill, business, employment outcomes, or expected savings arising from or related to your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reland and its operators, team members, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of job information, or your violation of third-party rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms visible. Your continued use of Reland after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia.
